We invite you to attend one of our upcoming Open Houses! Tuition & Fees
School Year Application Fees (Application fee is non-refundable)
Re-enrolling Students – $125.00; Family Maximum – $300.00
New Students – $150.00
Placement Testing Fee – $50.00
Early Re-Enrollment Discount: Families can receive $50 off of re-enrollment fees if re-enrolled by January 31, 2024!
Alumni Discount: A discount of 5% will be applied for all FCA Alumni
Military Discount: A discount of 5% will be applied for all active duty service members
Paid-In-Full Discount: A discount of 3% will be applied for tuition paid in full by July 31st, 2024.

Enrollment Forms
Enrollment opens for new students for the 2024-2025 school year on February 1, 2024. For more enrollment information, contact the admissions department at 301-473-8990 or e-mail admissions@fcamd.org.
Families can enroll or re-enroll digitally through FACTS. Digital re-enrollments will become available in the FACTS Family Portal on January 16th. New Families can also fill out our digital application packet as of February 1st by clicking here or by clicking on the link below. We generally do not accept transfer students after the 8th grade, unless referred by another Christian school.

Therefore, FCA is constantly changing to improve our school system while remaining rooted and grounded upon the principles and promises of God’s Word. FCA is prepared for the possibility of distance learning and to cohesively use Google Classroom and Google Meets for live instruction as well as viewing recorded instruction during regular school hours. However, we pray that distance learning will never be needed.

FCA 24-25 Policies and Procedures – This document provides an explanation of FCA’s policies and procedures. It covers everything from dropping off students in the morning to picking them up in the afternoon and everything in between.
FCA Family Handbook - This document is the 2019 edition and is currently under revision. Please refer to the 24-25 Policies and Procedures as well as the 24-25 Uniform Guidelines for more up-to-date language for those sections. This link will be updated as soon as our revision is finalized.

FCA 24-25 Uniform Policy - Tommy Hilfiger through Global Schoolwear is the official uniform supplier for Frederick Christian Academy. Daily uniform polos and dresses, as well as dress uniforms, will be required to be purchased through Global Schoolwear for all students in Kindergarten through Grade 12. Classroom approved outerwear will also be available. Uniform pants and skirts may be purchased from Tommy Hilfiger or from other suppliers, such as Land’s End or French Toast, as long as they model the colors and styles of the Tommy Hilfiger styles. To ensure you are ordering the correct items for your child’s grade, be sure to start at www.globalschoolwear.com and search for Frederick Christian Academy.
